This services caters to the vacant home. It includes  staging all common areas, such as the entry, kitchen,dining room,baths  & living room   The master bedroom  is also addressed.  We will create a warm, cohesive & updated space ,that will appeal to the perspective buyer.  Prices start at $650, plus the monthly furniture rental fee.

"ReDesign Service"

 This service is perfect for the homeowner who wants to update their home by reinventing key elements from their existing home.  This would include art, lamps, rugs,& furniture.  I will come in and help determine the pieces that can be repurposed into the new design.  I will leave a detailed check list on the items that are staying  & what will not be used in the new space.  An install date will be scheduled  .  Install day I will be fousing on furniture placement, accessories, and of  course hanging the art.  The result ... The homeowner has saved $$$ and now has a Beautiful updated home.   Prices range from $450-$1800 depending on the  size of home/space

"The DIY Consulation"

This is for the hands on indiviual wanting to update their exiting home  or Stage it to Sell.   I will come in and evaluate your space and supply you with my detailed  written recomendations. After you have installed your new design,, I will give a courtesy design followup visit( 1hr max).  I will be happy to  asisst you with any finishing touches. Prices start at $150 again depending on size of home/space

"Professional Shopping Service"

You have the Know-How, but you dont have the time...Leave it to me.  I will meet with you & determine exactly what your need is, & take care of finding that special something for your home. Fees are $50/ hr

"Gift Certificates"

This is a truly  unique, one of a kind gift idea.  Perfect  for the newlywed, who we always give the usual crystal bowl.  It  comes out maybe once a year.  The gift of design will be enjoyed  on a day to day basis.  Also the realtor, with a treasured client, moving into a new home....   This gift will benefit most everyone .Fees are $150/2hr visit
