Catz has furnished 2 rental condos for me, both at the beach. Both have incredible rental histories with rave reviews from renters on the decor. This is especially amazing because of the strict budget we were working within. Catherine has exquisite taste and helped beyond my wildest expectations to furnish the condos fabulously and under budget. She assisted me with patio furnuture, art, accessories housewares, window treatments mattresses, bedding...you name it, she did it! She also became a friend and we had a really fun time, meeting and making our selections. You should have seen us pulling out every pillow from a HUGE bin in a wholesale warehouse just to tie in the art colors in that room with the other fabric selections!  And the pillows cost about $5 a piece. She was very organized and each condo only required 3 meetings from initial to actual install. I dare you find anyone more competent than this. You are so lucky to have her expertise in your area and she is sorely missed by her customers. The best characteristic about Catherine personally is that you will have her undivided attention, she stays focused , on task and it never feels like a business relationship. She actually treats your project as if it were her own home. She has pictures of the homes she designed for me...take a look! And remember, these are inexpensively furnished beach rental units!
